Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Ro Botanicals.

Unused, unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the hygienic nature of personal care and skincare products, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shoprobotanicals.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
